These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website junioflow.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Junio Flow ("Junio Flow," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Junio Flow provides lead capture, automated response, estimating, follow-up, and booking software and services for contractors, trades, and similar businesses ("Services"). Some elements of the Services involve automated communication (such as fast replies and estimates), and some involve a human team member.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you represent.
You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services for any use that violates these Terms.
Estimates provided through Junio Flow (including automated "fast estimates") are indicative only and are not final quotes or binding offers unless expressly confirmed in writing by Junio Flow or the relevant business. Final pricing, scope of work, and availability remain subject to confirmation.
Bookings made through the Site or our booking widget are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms communicated to you at the time of booking.
By submitting a call, text, form, or chat enquiry, you consent to receive responses from Junio Flow via phone, SMS, email, or chat, including automated responses and follow-up messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us or using any opt-out mechanism provided (e.g. replying "STOP" to SMS messages).
The Site integrates with third-party tools, including a booking/scheduling platform and a live chat provider. Your use of these features may also be subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Junio Flow and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (to the extent permitted by law) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any lead, estimate, or booking will result in completed work.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junio Flow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or Services, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant Services or the cost of having the Services re-supplied.
You agree to indemnify and hold Junio Flow harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Junio Flow, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
