JunioFlow provides lead capture, automated response, estimating, follow-up, and booking software and services for contractors, consultants, trades, and similar businesses ("Services"). Some elements of the Services involve automated communication (such as instant replies and estimates), and some involve a human team member.

Estimates provided through JunioFlow (including automated "instant estimates") are indicative only and are not final quotes or binding offers unless expressly confirmed in writing by JunioFlow or the relevant business. Final pricing, scope of work, and availability remain subject to confirmation.
Bookings made through the Site or our booking widget are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms communicated to you at the time of booking.
By submitting a call, text, form, or chat enquiry, you consent to receive responses from JunioFlow via phone, SMS, email, or chat, including automated responses and follow-up messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us or using any opt-out mechanism provided (e.g. replying "STOP" to SMS messages).
The Site integrates with third-party tools, including a booking/scheduling platform and a live chat provider. Your use of these features may also be subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policy.
